The Hand-ff process will be doing in 3 stages.

Traning

Once the development and QA processes are done, its time to train your staff. Once we get all the approvals after testing, our Developers and project managers will sit and walk your staff through the process.

This provides each person with the opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience needed to become an expert.

Targeted User Training

Training can be implemented as a “hands-on” or lecture experience, in any of the following venues: conference room, web-based or one-on-one.

Go Live

Everyone is prepared for your Solution. Training has been completed. All the modules tested properly. The entire Solution works as you want it to. It’s time to deploy! Go Live

You are in control of your new Solution. You may choose to maintain your existing processes while you implement your Solution, in order to ensure confidence in the new Solution. Or you may decide “out with the old, in with the new”. We can recommend the best approach, based on your organization. Once we deploy the solution, we deliver all “source code” to you. With this in hand, you now possess a complete record of your Solution’s creation.
